What time do you lot go out on a Sunday?
Please don't tell me you still go out at 10 a.m. - I personally would rather be back in at 10 having done a 2hr run than just thinking about getting going.....

11.00 am is early enough for a long run on Sunday!

I could be persuaded to come out for some of it, if it goes from the Memorial Park. Like hodgey, earlier would be better for me. I would prob just want to do 30 mins out then turn back for home to do an hour max and leave the true hardcore athletes to do the full distance!

We have a plan.... :D

Meeting in the car park (new one) at the Jag at 10am on SUNDAY

Plan is to run down to the hill (where gp.3 did hill stuff last night) and then pick up the Cov Half route from there, taking us up to the Uni, to Memorial Park (without all the wiggles) and then back via Allesley Hall Drive and then back to the club.

Unless someone has a nice rural route they know  I personally don't trust my sense of direction.... :D

heheheh - just 'cos you've got to do some now Mr Marathon Man. I'm crying off this one anyway now, got in-laws, nieces and co. visiting on Sunday, so I'll be in the memorial park, but most probably pushing the swings! :D
