8th Oct: Fartlek
15th Oct: Hills
22nd Oct: Speed
29th Oct: Fartlek
5th Nov: Hills
12th Nov: Speed
19th Nov: Fartlek
26th Nov: Hills
3rd Dec: Speed
10th Dec: Fartlek
17th Dec: Hills
Typical Examples: Fartlek: 7-9 miles, various routes around Allesley, Coundon etc, Hills: Buckingham Rise, Parkhill etc, Speed: 1m reps around Bablake field, Allesley Hall Drive, Fire Station etc.
