Over the past few years of level 1 training we have tended to stick to a traditional schedule of the following,
Fartlek,
1K / 3 min reps,
1 Mile Reps,
Kenyan Hills.
I think it is fair to say that this has been very succesful. But before i start to put together a training plan for the next few months does anyone have any preferences, or alternative sessions that we might all benefit from?
Lets try not to suggest a tempo run, after tha chaos that ensued last time!!!
